"I would have rather stayed at a motel 6. Spotlights and strobe lights the first night pouring through the curtains, then a constant noise from the elevator that sounded like train tracks or a maid cart running the entire time of my stay. After being on the road for a month straight I would’ve rather slept on the ground at lax. The person that checked me in was extremely rude and unhelpful plus smelled like a marijuana dispensary. Do not waste your time staying at this joke of a hotel."

"I really liked the hotel. My daughter and I stayed when we attended the Ariana Grande concert. Everything was great, nice room, many walkable eateries, and a nice staff. Only complaints I have are that our window was facing the street and it was sooo loud all night long with people and cars. I couldn’t fall asleep until after 3am."

"Ok This is what I’ll say … for people who are not tech savvy… it was too complicated to turn on the Tv, turn channels and etc… but that’s just me… Too Hi Tech… room was definitely too small. And the bathroom felt like I was in a recording studio. Now I’m in the 60th age rage which is not old. But we like things simple.My young adult children would have love it! 🙌 Now Breakfast was Fabulous and Thank you! The hotel it self was very clean and Beautiful ❤️Parking was a bit much but what do you expect in the City 😃"

"Pictures look great, however, the actual building tells a different story. The cheap laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling, separating and lifting. Our bed was peeling and falling apart. The A/C was leaking all over the floor and the sink was stopped up completely. It took an entire day for the sink to drain. They moved us to a different room after the first day. This room was slightly better, sink actually drained and the A/C didn’t leak. The reason the A/C didn’t leak was because it would not even get cold. We needed a change of sheets at 2pm while we were gone. The desk had to be called twice to remind them to change the sheets and it was finally done at 8pm. If you prefer a hot room, terrible/uneven flooring, really bad “city views” and a moderately helpful front desk (that is clearly apathetic and knowledgeable of the multitude of issues with this property), then this is the stay for you! If you can spend a little more to upgrade to a better hotel, do it. I’ve had far better stays in cheap hotels."

"Today, I arrived at Level Los Angeles - Downtown South Olive a little earlier than the official check-in time for my beloved daughter Elena's 4th-grade graduation sleepover celebration. I fully expected to simply wait around in the lobby for my room to be ready, but instead, I was welcomed with one of the most genuinely remarkable hospitality experiences I have had in a very long time. From the exact moment I approached the front desk, Foyeemoy greeted me with true warmth, kindness, and incredible professionalism. What stood out most to me was their voice. It was exceptionally calm, gentle, reassuring, and effortlessly elegant. Some people have a rare way of making you feel completely comfortable within seconds of meeting them, and Foyeemoy possesses that exact, beautiful gift. Wanting to remember such wonderful service, I asked for a business card. Instead of simply saying there wasn't one available, Foyeemoy took the extra time to find a card and personally handwrite a sweet note for me: "Ms. Janice! This is Foyeemoy at the front desk! Enjoy your stay!" It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. In today's fast-paced world, many interactions can feel rushed and impersonal. This felt different. It felt deeply sincere. Beautiful rooms and luxury amenities certainly make a hotel memorable, but extraordinary people are what truly create lasting impressions. Before my daughter's graduation celebration had even begun, Foyeemoy had already made my day brighter."
