10/10 Excellent

"First ever all inclusive and I am so glad I chose this hotel. All food was halal. Aqua Park accommodated all ages with so many different slides and hardly a busy que. All rooms had AC, every single staff member was 5* and the hotel entertainment was a bit of something for everyone absolutely amazing. Just so your aware ice cream is not included in all inclusive apart from the dinner buffet."

"The Sofitel has great common areas and pool. They had a few restaurants but would have liked a coffee shop or quick serve cafe. The rooms were ok but a bit dated and the beds were not comfortable. Staff were all pleasant but no one went above and beyond. Location is also pretty good and the property itself is large. The best part really is the pool area. It’s a solid 4 star hotel but not a 5 star luxury."
