"I really enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix. Not only was the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they spoke English. It's not too far of a walk to good food and they offered shuttles to the ski park, even after i missed the pick up time. My room was very clean. The ski locker was very convenient and nothing got stolen. The onsen was great and the restaurant had the best steak I've ever had in my life. Thank you Phoenix staff for the great stay. I would definitely stay there again."
