"There were no free breakfast options, no hot tub offered (and the pool area was under construction), the shared spaces like the fitness area were difficult to find. The overall layout was maze-like; we had to walk down a dizzyingly-long hallway to get to our room. There were also gnats in the bathroom/shower area. Staff in the evening were unfriendly and seemed generally inconvenienced. "

"Room was spacious with a king size bed, desk area and couch with sliding metal tray. Mini fridge worked fine, and other cabinet had 3 rows metal sliding storage trays. Good breakfast buffet, except peeling the hard boiled eggs was time consuming. Excellent location adjacent to Rt 95."

"The Breakfast was Great & So were the Ladies Had Smiles on their Faces Every Morning and took your plates when you were finished & it was Clean. The front Desk needs some help it was a young staff who seemed bothered when you checked in or out or if you needed something because they were too busy on their Cell Phones. Our Room needed Updating, but there were signs saying they were in the middle of updating. I have been to plenty of Best Westerns and this one needs some staff help on keeping front Entrance clean and elevators Clean& Just Learning how to be Friendly."

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The site has some renovations going on but that didn’t hinder the stay. The hallway and entrance can use some touching up but I assume that’s part of the renovations that are ongoing. The rooms were ready and clean when I arrived and the stay was seamless!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the room was great. The only staff that acted like they wanted to be there were the people that checked us in and checked us out. We would not recommend the restaurant for dinner or breakfast, not much to choose from and what we did order was not all that good. If you want a nice relaxing, welcoming place to sit and chat and have a drink, this is not the place. We arrived around 9:00pm and it seemed like everything was closed. Would we go back, No."
