The property was undergoing renovations during our stay which was not disclosed to us until after it started, the water pressure was lacking in the rooms and the water heater couldn't handle the number of guests in the hotel and frequently ran out. Youre better off at the hilton across the street."

"Opened room door and a cockroach was on the bed. The elevator smelled bad. The attendant took a long time to come and do check in there was no sign to call or ring a bell."

It also seemed like the premium room upgrade that i was promised then finally given was not as good as the cheaper room. It just seemed like something else to worry about. No tv in a $200 a night room?"
