Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
Everything are awesome. Sky bar, swimming pool, and breakfast buffet. Very clean, excellent staff. Balcony rooms are nice but it is noisy. This is vietnam for you. The noise stops around 10 or 11 pm. I think they should upgrade the windows or Balcony doors.
