Wonderful little place, very clean and welcoming, in the Old Quarter neighborhood (busy area with lots of tourist oriented businesses.). I have stayed her several times.

Nice, clean, budget hotel where I felt safe in the middle of Hanoi's neighborhood with the most businesses aimed at tourists (this can be both good and bad)

Just a wonderful hotel! Staff escpecially are exceptional! We have stayed in many, many hotels during our 20 years of travel and we can easily say that the genuine and sincere kindness, friendliness and great service from all of the staff at Trang Trang come out on top!! We would highly recommend Trang Trang.

The location can't be beat! Right in the heart of the old quarter and close to everything. Comfortable bed and we had a nice room overlooking the street. Breakfast was really delicious where they had fresh fruit, breads, pancakes and made to order eggs, pho and sandwiches! The staff are the highlight though! Extermely friendly, helpful and always smiling! Alice in particular was wonderdul with us! She helped us book a great tour and took extra time to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Staff!!
On the 1st day, I notice there are still some stench might be due to the humid weather and my bed makes squeaky sound, which scares us. I notified the staff and didnt expect much as it was going to be a 2 night thing. But overall It can be improved and their staff is really very good and their service is tip top. They indeed acted on any comments made and that is really impressive. If other places they might have just ignore our comments.

Perfect location in centre of old quarter, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfy bed. This is a good choice to stay in HaNoi. We would recommend to everyone

フロントの対応はまずまずでしたが①ルームクリーンがシーツ等毎日交換されていない②バスルームの仕切りが稼働しない③チェックアウト時に領収書がない④ランドリーサービスで衣類を紛失でクレームしたが音沙汰なしなど不満がいくつもありました

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et serviable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du Lac, des restaurants etc., quartier animé. Par contre, l'hôtel mériterait quelques rénovations (fuites sous le lavabo, abat-jour qui tombe, literie ancienne...) et surtout c'est très bruyant, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs et dans les chambres voisines.

Super Friendly and Great Breakfast ! Our stay at the trang trang boutique hotel was the perfect introduction to Vietnam! We arrived in the late evening at the airport -and although my friend hadnt received the email the hotel had arranged the pick up...the driver had been kind enough to wait 2 hours or more...perhaps some miscommunication on flight times so we were more than grateful! The hotel is in a perfect location walking street , Close to lots of tourist attractions,& an easy walk to shopping and restaurants! We stayed first in a deluxe double room- Very clean,always very hot water & has complementary toiletries! we also stayed in a deluxe twin and again it was lovely-for us backpackers the quality of the rooms were well above the price we paid so couldnt have asked for more! Breakfast was included when we booked and it was the highlight of my mornings- we were always greeted with smiles ,great service and a yummy choice of cooked menu along with the buffet of fruits,breads juices and more! Staff Very Friendly!! Phillip helped us with booking Tours to Sapa and Halong bay ,both were amazing- particiculary Sapa -all pickups and hotel, trekking, Homestay and food included in a great price), and even better the hotel Safely kept our heavy backpacks there inbetween each tour as to save lugging them around! An added bonus we were recommended a great hotel for our next stop in Hue and were not let down! I would definitely pick to stay here again,and can easily recommend the

If anyone want to trip to hanoi, and want to say near hoan kien lake, You must stay this hotel. warmest service, delicious breakfast(especially pho), connected travel program satisfied me. and special thanks to receptionist mr. mark who cared and serviced to me. Very good hotel and service
The staff is very kind (thanks to Mark) and the rooms are great. The place is very to any interesting stuffs to do. The breakfast is really good. There's not a lot of choices but the food is great.

Excellent location, helpful staff
The location of this hotel was unbeatable. Great value for money, too. They upgraded our room to a family room on the second night (after returning from Halong Bay). Check-in was really quick and efficient. Above all the staff here were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

· We're really loved TRANG TRANG HOTEL and why did we loved this hotel ? please looking my reason as follows : 1. Hotel is beautiful designed with new style, great location close to many good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops,nice lake view, seeing places, and looked very newest. 2. Staffs are awesome, specal MR PHILIP super friendly and helpful, they did to show us the best Vietnamese restaurants, beautiful place to exercise, great place to seeing ... they helped us to booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights was excellent and great value. 3. Rooms was large, new, very clean, beautiful decor, lovely - comfortable bed and great raining shower. we loved it !! 4. Breakfast was delicious, fresh with many choice, we loved banana cake and ice milk coffee with box " cafe Phin sua Da "so much. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP of trang trang hotel and we missed you and we will comeback on Next year with my Family and friends !
