Showed up, no one there. Had to leave.
I showed up at the property and no one was there. I walked around, knocked on doors, rang the bell, nothing. I waited 20 min and still no one to be seen. I was exhausted and frustrated so I left and ended up staying elsewhere. I don’t understand how a supposed hotel could be so irresponsible. Don’t even bother booking here. The place also looked super run down.

We love Hannah's. Everyone we are in Hanoi, we stay at Hanah's. Once we had to stay at another hotel due to Hanah's being full and we were very unhappy. We've stayed in every room at Hanah's and each one is unique and a great stay. I couldn't recommend Hanah's more. If you have a short time in Hanoi, choose Hanah's

Great homestay. Great location. Highly recommended
Fantastic homestay. Cute house where the rooms are centred around a courtyard, which you reach via a small alley. I stayed in the purple room which was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of space for your stuff and the bathroom has a hot shower.
Staff are so friendly and so helpful. They really can’t do enough for you. Tips on what to do, where to eat, transport etc. They make everything really easy.
The area of Truc Bach is great. Away from the craziness of the Old Town. The lake is a bit smelly but a great place to drink coffee and watch the world go by (there are a LOT of coffee bars!). Street food around the hotel is superb. You can easily eat great Pho for less than a couple of bucks.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Hanoi
