Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This place was an absolute nightmare. On arrival, the apartment was in horrible condition — it smelled terrible, had black mold, mildew, cobwebs, stained couches, and a filthy kitchen. The host even warned us not to answer the door at night if someone knocked — which was very unsettling. Communication with the owner was terrible. They were extremely rude and even entered the apartment while we were gone without our permission. The listed amenities were misleading — the gym and other facilities were not accessible unless you paid extra fees. We booked for 4 nights but left after the first night because the conditions were so bad. When we requested a refund, the host refused. My advice: DO NOT stay here. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.
