Incredible service

They have an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.

I must say this is one of the best stays I ever had in Hanoi during my trip. I ve stayed at many other 4 or 5 stars hotel but nowhere can beat Grand Dragon for its excellent services and modern style of architecture. IF I come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel

Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Adequate room for two. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. And, yes, there was plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Plenty of choices. Location was good. Just off a busy street. Market, coffee, McDonald's, and mall all within a 10-minute walk. Definately a convenient location. No complaints.

浴槽ありの部屋を予約したのですが、浴槽がなく、忙しかったので部屋を変えてもらうこともしませんでしたが、浴槽がないのに、浴槽のある部屋の料金なのが不思議でした。スタッフが英語がわかると良いですね。対応は非常によかったし、お部屋もいつもきれいにお掃除してありました。
