Our stay here have been excellent. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is excellent. My mother was sick and had to stay in the room and could not join us for our tour and the staff took care of her while we were out for the day. They did an excellent job while we were out. They made sure she had her food when requested. I will definitely stay here again in the near future and recommend it to all my friends.

Loved this hotel. Brilliant staff, huge room and balcony. Everything was clean and a good breakfast selection. On a busy street but noise stopped at about 11pm. We did hear music in the mornings from about 7am via outside street speakers. Ear plugs fixed it!!

I originally booked for 2 day and turned around to extend our stay for another 2 days for a total of 4 days. We had an excellent stay Eliana Premio Hotel. Linh our receptionist was excellent along with the entire staff of the hotel. My mom got sick and could not join us on our tour and they made sure she was in good hands while we were out. The hotel and our room is very nice and clean. The location is close to everything. The breakfast was good and the entire stay was awesome and I I’ll recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. This Hotel gets a 5 star treatment for me. Thank you very much.

The room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, and very helpful, but most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here twice on our way in and out of Hanoi. It is located near the old quarter, so it is a great area to explore, and it is near the weekend night markets by the lake. They have an excellent breakfast buffet as well. We loved our stays here!
