Beds and showers were spotless really loved the matress and the shower pressure, Invonvenience were that the street of the hotel is extremely busy and the horns can wake you up a few times per night, found 2-3 cockroaches in the room but pretty small and didn't bother me that much, when i went to check out the girl at the front desk tried to charge me 2 water bottles when i knew for sure i only took one and they ended up checking and i in fact only took one, but the owners were really nice and helpfull and i would deffenetly stay here again

về service thì ổn, phòng sạch sẽ thoải mái. nhưng có 1 điều khiến mình không hài lòng nhất đó là cách xưng hô với người thuộc LGBT. nếu sau này có dịp tới HN mình có chọn hotel không thì vẫn sẽ chọn là có nhưng không còn là sự ưu tiên nữa.
