The staff was wonderful and my kids are still talking about the breakfast buffet. It was nice and quiet, even though it’s located in the middle of the Old Quarter, which was great. We loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and even upgrades us to a nicer room with a balcony! Great location in the Old Quarter. Would stay again in if Hanoi.
