All staff members were very helpful, and were enthusiastic in helping out on all matters from giving technical (networking) assistance to providing local information. Complimentary cool drinks at the lobby is evident of the hotel's hospitality.

Nice boutique Hotel hidden away from City

I am a business traveller and stayed in this hotel for 6 days. It is tucked away from the main road so if you reach there by Taxi please ensure you have the hotel address written in Chinese as Taxi drivers cannot understand or speak English. This hotel is mainly frequented by chinese people or Asians so very little English is spoken. I booked an executive room which was clean with LCD TV, Aircon, Workdesk and free open wifi. So was happy with my stay. Breakfast is mainly Chinese cuisine but for westerners they have croissants, fruit, eggs and juices. I will most likely stay here again. If you want to be in the city with nightlife then you better book somewhere near West Lake area of Hangzhou. 10 mins walk from Hotel there is a Starbucks and KFC.

SSAW Hotel Yillian Hangzhou

A well positioned establishment, Friendly staff, although one young man (waiter) at breakfast really got to me as he was texting on his phone for over 30 minutes and would not bring me a cup of coffee. Other than that speaking English was not a problem. The menu in the restaurant was rather interesting as over 80% was no longer available. The front desk staff were rather good and helpful at all times. The upholstery in my room good do with a makeover as it was torn and dirty, but I turned a blind eye.
