The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing BUT the people….the people are above and beyond. Especially Pat at the concierge desk. Words cannot describe, just go!

The Experience Walking Street Chiang Mai
Great hotel and great location. Room was clean and spacious and the staff here go above and beyond when it comes to helpfulness and friendliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Old Town in Chiang Mai.

The Empress Hotel Chiang Mai
Bathroom - No Shower Pan. Bath tub bathing was sort of complusory, which became very difficult with corded shower. They should upgrade their bathrooms in totality.
