Great location, and amazing staff! This was our first stop in Vietnam and it was a great welcome. A shout out to Jenna, who helped us book all of our activities and allowed us to have a great experience. Great location onside of old quarter. Highly recommend.

Room was extremely clean just a little small for 3 adults, food was great! Staff extremely polite they even gave us complimentary ride from hotel to train station with escort and food for 3 for our journey to sapa.i would give them 10 stars if possible.
