"Breakfast was ok. Great Parking"

"Front is under construction. Had to wait 2 hours to get our room, apparently they were waiting on confirmation that that the room was set. About 15 people waiting for 2 hours to get their room. Resort fee was charged although the only thing available was the pool. Shady character seen hanging by elevators on different floors. We had two rooms, my daughter’s room was next to a room with “swingers” in full force until 3:30 am."

"My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at 6 AM. Once again, I had to scramble to figure out how to return the room key cards. I do not recommend this hotel."
