"Really great hotel, great location, great staff"

"The hotel location is excellent and very convenient, the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the mattress was quite firm, which made it less comfortable for sleeping, and the cleaning staff could be a bit noisy at times. Aside from these minor issues, it is a good hotel. "

"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."

"We were unimpressed. The lobby was beautiful but the room not so much. You could tell the rooms have been updated but still looked old. There was light coming in through the top and sides of the main door and the handle on the bathroom door was falling off. The room was dark, minimal lights and the lights that were in the room weren't very bright, we were constantly looking to see if we had missed a light switch or there was a way to make the lights brighter. In the restaurant, we order the cheese flatbread, it was very good, perfect for a snack. "

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "
