Clearly the location is terrific. The views of the Tower of London and of the Tower Bridge are exciting and the hotel maximizes them. The staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent overall but one of three elevators was out of service for our entire stay. Many of us just carried our luggage down several flights of stairs on checkout day because the wait for an open elevator was too long. Everything else was five stars.
