"Nice size fridge, two dirty electric burners, one pan, 1 knife and spoon, one bowl, 2 mugs, coffee maker, toaster, rusty microwave, nothing else. No paper towels. So have to buy what you need. One ice tray. Good toilet paper. Pools look nice but grounds are weedy and feel unclean, cigarette butts were mostly picked up when I asked. Can’t see ocean but it’s close. Old rusty electric floor heater from 1960’s? At least could paint it. Other repairs needed. Beds very firm, appeared clean. Two fabric covered chairs could use cleaning. Just about only reasonable priced room with kitchenette but I didn’t use the stovetop burners and would not go back here if I could afford somewhere else. Convenient to concert we were attending."

"I was not impressed with my stay here. The booking check-in and check-out times are extremely inconsistent. There is 1 person in the office from 9am-2pm (check in-hours) and then no one is on the premise after. They will leave the key in the room for you if coming after hours which was helpful, but I would have booked elsewhere if this was made more prominently aware on the Expedia site. The beds were so uncomfortable, worse than a Motel 6. They do give lots of pillows and towels but the bed is made up of sheets and a top cover made of thin polyester...there isn't a blanket at all. The floors in our room and bathroom were not swept or cleaned and covered in hair and sand. There was some kind of bloody booger wiped on the bathroom door frame. There was no toilet paper in our room and because no one was on the premises we had to go and buy some right when we got in. The doors to the rooms are sliding glass doors with one key. There are no additional locks beyond this or ways to keep the door locked and secure which if you're traveling alone might make you uncomfortable. When I checked-out the person was on their phone with their feet propped up on the counter. This is not a $200 a night hotel and I don't understand the overly positive reviews for this overpriced property."

"Arrived about 30 minutes before check in and our rooms were ready which was a welcome surprise. We had 3 rooms total and he was able to put us on the same floor within a few rooms of each other which was awesome and so convenient. Rooms were updated but with some old school touches as well and super clean. Plenty of parking and the price to stay was so reasonable. Would definitely return!"
