Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."
