Hardly any toilet paper when we arrived. No cable TV even though the website indicates there is. We stayed 2 nights but there was no maid service for our room. We mentioned this at the front desk at 5:00pm but were told the cleaning staff had gone home. Disappointing overall considering what we paid ...

Monte Carlo Inn Oakville Suites
Again I was greeted by the manager Vinh or Vinnie. Acknowledged the issue I had previous visti and was understanding. As always we will keep staying here as the service and place is great.
