Wasted part of my day waiting over a hour to ck in

Advertise their check-in times, but there was nobody there. Took over an hour to get in. Couldn't find a working locker. Not the cleanest place. Would not stay there again.

Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber, es wird jeden Tag gewischt und geputzt. Direkt daneben S-Bahn. Super!

Nicht so empfehlenswert.

Nun ja, es ist ein schimmliges Kellerloch mit nur 2 Bädern für alle…. Recht ungeliebt alles. Sehr dreckig überall. Immerhin war die Bettwäsche okay. Auch wenn es günstig ist, geputzt werden kann..

Leider nicht noch einmal.

Ich habe die Unterkunft nach wenigen Stunden verlassen und mir eine weitere Unterkunft gesucht. Bzgl. des Wunsches aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ein Bett unten im Etagenbett zu erhalten, musste ich extra bezahlen. Zudem fielen weitere Kosten für Bettwäsche an. Die Bettunterlage war mit Blutflecken versehen. Handtücher gab es nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch freundlich.

清潔感にホテルクオリティを求めるならダメですが、ホステルクオリティなら十分な清潔感だと思います。 スタッフはフレンドリーで電話も貸してくれましたし、駅から徒歩2分弱で交通の便もいいです。

Le gars est parti avant que je vienne faire mon check-in. Ça a été du trouble à réussir à avoir mes clés. Endroit non propre. Le seul avantage était son emplacement (près de Reeperbhan)

フレンドリーな対応

チェックイン時間ギリギリに行ったにも関わらず、スタッフのお兄さんがフレンドリーに対応していただきました。話し始めると長いですが、チョコも頂いて満足です。2人で行ったのですが、平日だったこともあり、まるまる一部屋を2人で使わせてもらえました。

Worst hostel that I ever stay

This hostel is very bad, no safety because everybody can come in the room, I didn’t get the key or keycard, have just 2 bathrooms and very small. And if you want to check-in after 9pm you have to pay 5€.

Great location for fair budget

This hostel is small and packed. The only thing that is good is the location. S-bahn station Konigstrasse just across the road and 10 minutes to the center. However, it also means that the train running underground will shake your room (not quite disturbing for me). Talking about the hostel itself, I have see worse in terms of hostel. Just don't expect the good quality. The hostel itself is pretty worn out, but still fine. The shower is quite ok. The service is not something that I can praise. Their check in hour start from 1pm, but I have been waited for 1.5 hrs for the host. (probably because they have a party the night before). But I guess it should be fine as the staff are friendly afterwards. BTW their WIFI is the best hostel wifi I have ever seen *Expect to pay 3 Euros a day per person for the beddings

Utter terrible service

Ter-rib-ble. Due to the train schedule, I arrived quite late in Hamburg. I received various text messages at 22:30 such as 'Where are you?', while I agreed with the hostel days beforehand that I would arrive late. Then they wanted to charge me 10 euros extra for arriving late without ever mentioning it. I decided to stay somewhere else because of this terrible treatment, even though they still charged me for the night on my credit card. They are a total scam! Do not book here!

I don't like leaving bad reviews but. Got there about 6 pm. Guy that greeted us seems like a nice guy. Put us in a room beyond staff only door next to the the laundry room. I was ok at first. But after using the toilet at the hallway. I tried closing the door which seems to be like bank volt door. It was a very heavy door. I realized that there was a lock on the door but on the outside not inside. So i check out the room and notice the steel cage like bars out side the window which would prevent any escape in case of fire. My son couldn't sleep because of everything i described. I didn't even mention to him that i was thinking the same as he was. So i ended up booking another hotel. I tried to get a refund for the room. But woman i talked to that there was no refund and that it was in the agreement. Which I'm fine with but i didn't know i was going to be put in prison (room). In the end i just left the place without getting my refund since i was able to book another hotel. I wish i took pictures but i just wanted to leave

1.Gdy zarezerwowaliśmy hostel właściciel nie pobrał zaliczki. Nie mieliśmy potwierdzenia, czy będziemy przyjęci do hostelu. Po przyjeździe i po zapłaceniu pieniędzy właściciel poinformował nas, że nie ma wolnych miejsc i będziemy nocować gdzieś indziej. Nie tłumacząc nam niczego zaprowadził nas do jego prywatnego mieszkania (które było nieopodal) i kazał tam zostać. 2. Miejsce nie było przygotowane. Musieliśmy sobie sami posprzątać, wszędzie były jego rzeczy. Bardzo śmierdziało. 3. Czuliśmy się bardzo skrępowani. Nie za to zapłaciliśmy, nie wiedzieliśmy gdzie się znajdujemy i dlaczego płacąc za hostel musimy spać w prywatnym mieszkaniu 4. Po trzech nocach w mieszkaniu, właściciel zadzwonił z informacją, że na ostatnią noc mamy wrócić do hostelu, bo przyjeżdża jego rodzina. 5. Hostel oceniam jako poprawny

Don't go there

I decided not to stay at this place. It was simply too dirty and too creepy. Did not feel safe at all. I have travelled the world - alone as a young solo traveller - and never experienced anything as bad as this (and then in Germany!?!). I don't understand why hotels.com even have this place on their site...

The worse experience I ever had

It's a trouble experience. This hotel set up a scam for every customer. We are forced to pay the extra cost for bad sheet. More importantly, the hotel do not admin our payment online and ask us to pay it again. The attitude of the owner is extremely disrespectful. He ticked other costumers out of the hotel who ask too much questions on the extra cost even they paid the money online to confirm the room already. I lose my confidence on this website already. How can such a bad hotel allowed to do it's business here? This is a scam. We would call the police if we have time. This is the worse experience I even had in Germany.
