Staff were constantly smiling and were engaging and helpful. They were genuine and attentive offering nice personal solutions. Turn down bed service is always a nice treat after a long day and filling dinner.

Signature Residences at Maui Banyan
When we arrived at the room it was not what it was portrayed on Expedia. The pictures vs actual was very deceiving. Also there was mold all over the curtains.
