"Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas."

No. But what will I always remember - on Christmas Day morning the staff left a box of biscuits and a Christmas card outside my door. This kind of attention to detail, plus genuinely lovely staff will mean I remember this hotel and Premier Inn as one of my favorite hotel experiences in the last 10 years. I say this as someone who has planned and run events in cities on every continent. Class act. "
