The code for the keysafe arrived and we let ourselves in without any problems. The apartment we exactly as the pictures, clean, comfortable and a great shower.
We parked in paid parking a 5 minute walk from the apartment, which is in a pleasant area, quiet though very close to the town centre restaurants and cafes.
Importantly for us it was just a 15 minute stroll to the start of Zeigelweise parkrun, the main reason for our visit.

Situated close to bus and rail station. 5 minutes to city centre. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Free to use cycles, Leipzig is pretty flat and easy to cycles around. A highly recommended hotel for a visit to this beautiful city.

With a female friend I spent four nights here. We were surprised to find how very close it is to the main sights e.g. the Opera House is less than 5 minutes walk, the Mendelssohn House just 1 minute.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean, light, modern. The breakfasts were superb with a wide choice. Our twin-bedded room and shower room were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. If you like reading - in German - the hotel is full of books! It was a nice surprise to...
