Amazing place

Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

Lovely quiet room, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Good stay. Nice room with good ambience. Always stay here when in Brussels.

This hotel is an absolute gem, especially if you are travelling on the Eurostar. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient. The hotel is attached to the train station so I always find it very straightforward, especially if I am coming in late on the Eurostar or setting off early. The staff are very friendly and breakfast is enjoyable. Hotel is clean and I find the beds really comfortable. Worth nothing that you can check out late for ten euros an hour which can be really handy for the...

Friendly staff.. clean rooms.. good breakfast.. good fitness room.. essy to park larger vehicles

Every minute was wonderful. I will definitely be staying at the le Louise again in the future, the entire staff were amazing.

Rooms were extremely modern and clean, definitely undervalued for the for the quality of stay!

It was ok and we had a nice environment as well. We had the best time there

Very smart interior and first class staff. Breakfast is expensive, but this is a Brussels thing - they all offer good value room rates, but pricey breakfast. I spent ages looking online for a top quality hotel at a good price on a reasonable location, and this is what I came up with. Please to say that the Stanhope more than lived up to expectations!

The service is great and i love the cosy feel of the bar and restaurant. From a condition perspective I think it's looking a little tired in places. There are very few wall sockets in the rooms, some of which I have found not to work. Places to sit with colleagues in the morning/during the day to have a short meeting are very limited.

The executive suite was very nice, it had an extra room which my son took advantage of. Very quiet and comfortable room. Nice shower. Breakfast was good, good mix of people. The pool and sauna were very good and always clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was an 8 minute walk to a metro stop and some good eateries due to the location of a near by student campus. We were happy we stayed there.

Really clean, bright and energetic hotel. Friendly and obliging staff. Good vibe in a good location.

The staff are friendly, the hotel close to the airport which made my travel comfortable.

The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. We didn’t feel like we needed our room cleaning daily, and the hotel compensated/ rewarded this with free drinks! The hotel also has a...

Friendly staff, good facilities, very convenient location too with great transport links.

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Only letdown was that their online service website for in the hotel requests and amenities had the option to request for a charger or an...

Love the hotel itself, staffs are very helpful. Only the area seems to be very rough.
