"The resort had some positives, but overall the experience was mixed. The pool area was very nice, and the beach views were beautiful and relaxing. The entertainment was also surprisingly good and helped make the evenings enjoyable. The rooms were decent and generally comfortable, but there were noticeable issues with cleanliness and quality. The towels felt very cheap, and some even had stains on them, which was disappointing for a resort stay. The food quality was another letdown, as many of the meals lacked flavor and consistency. The staff experience varied. Some employees were pleasant and helpful, while others seemed unfriendly and not very welcoming. Customer service could definitely be more consistent. Overall, the resort has potential because of its location, pool, and entertainment, but improvements to the food quality, housekeeping standards, and customer service would make a big difference."

"I don’t usually leave reviews. Came in for 5 days we are in are later 30s looking to relax and reset which was nice but there’s literally nothing to do here. Pool is small and everytime we went to the bar no one was there had to wait. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all in the same spot food was okay not many options and not any place to grab snacks or anything mid day. Everytime We went for lunch and dinner reservations we are waiting to be seated and there’s not enough staff takes forever to get a refill. It’s 45 mins from anything make sure to rent a car because a ride for everything is about 75$. Definitely wouldn’t go back here not even a gym."
