"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

If &Here was my company, I would promote her to a managerial or executive position. She would excel. The Onsen is clean and lovely, and a highlight of the hotel. Great to have a cafe at the hotel too. The hotel location in Ueno is superb. "
