Close to 24h convenient store, great food, and HND airport. Staff is very helpful and room was perfect for our layover. We stayed here every trip so far and it’s always great.

No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it. Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in. Room is clean and new Nothing to complain, pretty good.
