"The front desk staff were extremely gracious & hospitable throughout our entire stay! They all spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Our stay here was very comfortable! Parking was easy and inexpensive (500yen). The front desk had a map that clearly outlined the various small lots and which one they wanted us to use. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. Its proximity to Hakodate airport was nice. The room was small but adequte. We’d definitely stay again!"
