Great hotel in Hakodate.

Very nice hotel, breakfast have so much selections that it took us 3 days just to try almost everything. Services are great, friendly and professional young staffs. We really enjoy our stay.

Loved the breakfast – everything was delicious, and there was a huge selection! We truly felt a warm welcome during our stay on the Royal Floor. Having a hot spring bath right in the room was such a special experience. The living room offers a great view of the harbor and the Mashu Maru ferry.

Can’t ask for better option with this fantastic hotel right closely located near the Hakodate station The breakfast option is like a full lunch buffet and definitely worth topping up in the package— be careful though to wake up early to avoid the crowd!

前回、とても良い時間を過ごせたので 予約したが、チェックインから最悪でした。 研修生だからだったのかもしれないが 近くには先輩の様なスタッフが男女２名。 ホテルでは、良くある事と思うが、 チェックインの時間が早かった為 「同じプランで前回泊まった時とは 違う景色の部屋に変更出来るか」と 聞いてみた。 暫く待たせ（普通は、先輩のフォローが入ると思うが二人でおしゃべり）、「デラックスプランで料金が上乗せされますが変更されますか？」同じプランでと言ったが聞こえいなかったのか失礼致しました。も何もない。

朝市、倉庫エリア、駅からの距離諸々のアクセスが良い。 朝食が豪華。たまたま妙なクレームをつけている利用者もいた。変な人も稀にいるのはどこも同じかも。早めにいけば朝食待ち時間は少ない印象。帰る時は行列になっていた。 風呂の脱衣所、鍵付きロッカーの数が限られているのは残念。浴室が広い故か時間帯によっては騒がしいかも。 連泊だと掃除無しの旨を規定時間までに申告すると館内利用券が少しもらえるはずが、特にアナウンスもなかったのでもらいそびれてしまった。 全体的に満足。 リピートはどうかというと、初函館のため近くにある函館国際ホテルやラピスタも気になるのでいつか比較にと泊まってみたい。

受付にて、たまたまなのか部屋のアップグレードしていただき新館への案内をしていただきました。部屋も、とっても広く設備も良かった。ベットもゆったりしていて熟睡できました。朝食は、とても品数も多く素晴らしかったです。のんびり時間をとりゆっくりできました。大浴場も、素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良く親切でした。
