"Upon arrival, the staff provided tea and mochi while they checked us in. The room itself was spacious and beautiful. Having a private onsen on the balcony was a huge plus, and one of the main reasons we booked the room. The only shower is also outside on the balcony, which wasn't super comfortable. At night the room got uncomfortably warm, not sure if it was because of the onsen but the a/c couldn't regulate the temp well."
