Staff was very friendly! Rooms a bit tiny if you have much luggage.

great for families with kids...friendly staff...clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities...

We stayed at this property at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan for four nights total. We are a family of four with a small child and booked the modern room with two full sized beds and one twin. The room was very spacious for Japan and well designed with a lot of storage and also hanging out space . The vintage stereo system was a perk we wished we used more! The bath supplies smelled wonderful. I kept smelling my hands Staff is gracious and attentive and very kind. The buffet for breakfast was such a treat and honestly perfect for my family. The minestrone and the quiche just amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make the trip memorable. They even had a note telling us “welcome back” when we returned. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time i came to Tokyo. What a tremendous value.

Hotel rooms are big and very clean. Close to train station and good for late evening return back to hotel after long Disney Days. The only downside is not many restaurants close by.
