The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice.
I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

My family and I had a comfortable stay overall. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a convenient stay. Everything we needed was readily available.
The only downside was some outside noise, including police sirens at times, which could be noticeable. Aside from that, it was a good experience, and I appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness.

This hotel had a great vibe and really friendly staff. Extremely close to the train station which wasn't a noise issue at all. I really loved everything about staying there.

The location can not be better, you take a hot spring bath in open air with closly facing Mt Fuji, the experience is fantastic. The staff is super polite. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend.
