Great service, daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and will help you with anything if asked. Breakfast lasts until 9am with good variety of goods. The area is currently under development, so you will see and hear the noice from the construction site. The facility itself is okey, rooms are clean but all in all it surely needs renovation.

Very very very nice hotel for this price!!!! We stayed at 4hotels this trip and all three of us agreed that this was the very best most cosy we Had and 2other hotel was 5star. Rooms very simple and poor but ok! Pool very nice , Area around hotel view to mountain djungle feeling veeeery nice!!!!! Staff superkind. Good food! Good cleaning. We definetily recommend and supergood price!!!!!

Bugalows are in a lovely area close to bars and resturants and tours. Rooms are very dated, the tv did not work, power outages, ants in room and sewage smell around the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and refreshing. Breakfast is very basic, but having said all this, it was cheap. Don't think we would choose this property again

moisture heavy smell and moisture traces on the wall. bedroom was not really clean, drawer bedside unit was still full of cigarettes and paper from previous occupant. breakfast very limit... great location, wlaking distance from the beach and restaurants. I'm sure it's possible to find a better deal in Cat Ba.

I would highly highly recommend booking the oasis when you are on Cat Ba island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book excursions, transportion, and were readily available for communication on WhatsApp. Property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You are close to all the restaurants nearby and staff will help guide you anywhere! If you decide to get a drink at Oasis bar 2, make sure to try a fun bucket!!! We were a little confused about the difference between oasis 1 and oasis 2. Oasis 1 is the restaurant and “club” (after 10 pm). It is a few minute walk from oasis 2. Oasis 2 has the rooms, bungalows, pool, and check in!

Room (105) was a good size but the walls are paper thin and conversations by neighbours can be heard like they are in the room with you. Wifi was good. Location is excellent. Reception staff are very good. Kitchen and bar staff not so. My wife had a curry which should include coconut. There was none and when she mentioned this to the bar man he argued saying “same…same” So we donot recommend eating there as good restaurants are plentiful nearby. Breakfast varied from terrible to mediocre, depending on how many guests was staying. More guests = greater choice! The reception staff organised our journey to Hanoi, which was brilliantly organised hotel to hotel. Overall the stay was ok, the cost is reflective of overall quality with the exception of the bar food which is expensive and not up to standard.

The bungalows are a great option for staying if your looking for value for money with basic but safe, cleanish accomodation. The pool area is lovely and staff tried to be helpful but dont come looking for luxury as this is basic accomodation but what do you expect for the price. Overall very happy with it as its better than many others i saw. Good location and good atmosphere.

Nice stay in a quiet hotel on the edge of town. Easy walk to restaurants and many of the attractions on Cat Ba. Scooter rentals on site make the rest of Cat Ba easy to reach. Hotel room was nice - AC worked well and water in shower was hot. Breakfast was fine - western style to order, with a choice of omelet or sandwich or crepe, all with coffee. Pool was nice, with a bar and restaurant on site. Would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms were filthy and smelly. There was half an inch of dust on the hanging lamp which was cleaned after mentioning it to the receptionist. Room service worker threw our blanket on the floor. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Très bien!!

Très bonnes prestations, hotel conforme à ce que l'on voit, propre. Par contre, cat ba a commencé de grands travaux d'agrandissement de la baie en gagnant sur la mer, donc la plage n'existe plus, et cela crée quelques nuisances car les travaux consistent à enfoncer des plots de 20m pour stabiliser la digue / remblais... et ce journet nuit. Malheureusement ce sera partout sur toute la zone... heureusement que la chambre est plutôt pas trop mal isolée

Fint hotel

Fint hotel med godt familie værelse. Ikke mange gæster. Måske pga sæson. Fin, men kold pool. Ny varmepumpe. Meget venligt personale. Vi bliver et par nætter mere. Det værste er det kæmpe byggeprojekt i Cat Ba, der dækker udsigten til bugten og kommer til om en del år at dække helt for de eksisterende hoteller.

Lauf Forest, lauf!!

Leider eines der schlimmsten Aufenthalt ever - Wir haben uns sehr auf Cat Ba Inselferien gefreut. Empfang war kurz und bündig. Bereits bei der ersten Augenblick ist mir die klamme Oberfläche/Bettdecke und leicht muffelige Luft aufgefallen, habe mit dem Klimaanlage das Entfeuchten versucht - Trotz mehrere Stunden, leider erfolglos. Dusche/WC hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Duschwand fehlte, sodass der ganzer Raum durchnässt ist und über Nacht die Pfützen gleich bleiben, und damit die Feuchtigkeit im Bungalow steigt. Die eine Nacht lagen wir eng aneinander, um uns aufzuwärmen, da die Decke unsere Körperwärme entzog. Tags darauf sind alle Fenster und Spiegel voller Kondenswasser, unsere Kleider in den Koffern feucht. Der Frühstück wurde auf der kalten, zugigen Terrasse serviert. Erst als wir auf einen Sitzplatz im Innern bestand, wurden wir schroff an einem Tisch gewiesen, ohne vorher die Oberfläche zu reinigen oder zu Tischen. Der Kaffee war lauwarm und schmeckte beim zweiten Nippen nach Seife. Das Spiegelei lag ungewürzte auf einer kalten Teller - Salz und Pfeffer lagen nicht bei. Das war der Anpfiff, hier so schnell wie möglich zu verschwinden, auch wenn wir bereits für 6 Nächte im Voraus bezahlen haben. Wegen dieser eine Nacht habe ich mir eine Erkältung geholt, prima Start für unsere langersehnte Ferien.

Het zwembad en het terras zijn erg mooi en de locatie is heel goed.. De kamers zijn echt minder, verouderd, niet goed schoon. Bedden redelijk hard, maar liggen prima. De service van het personeel is perfect!!

La meilleure affaire sur Cat Ba

Un des très rares hôtels avec un jardin et une piscine sur Cat Ba. Des petits bungalows autour, situé sur la baie de toutes les festivités. Le réceptionniste est très agréable. À mon ami qui avait oublié sa sacoche dans un bus dont il avait arrangé le trajet, il a trouvé le portable du chauffeur et l’adresse du stationnement du bus a l’arrivée : il a retrouvé toutes ses affaires ! Merci

Værelset var ikke helt optimalt. Det var beskidt især badeværelset, som også var meget slidt. Ville klart vælge deluxe værelse, hvis muligt. Udendørsområdet var derimod virkelig hyggeligt og en fin bar/restaurant, hvor der også kunne købes morgenmad. Der var stille og roligt, så man kunne sagts få en god nats søvn. Alt i alt et fin sted for billige penge og få nætter.
