"From the moment my husband and I arrived at The Windsor Suites, we were treated like royalty! The hospitality, warmth, and genuine care we received throughout our stay truly made our experience memorable. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued, but I have to give a special shout-out to Cat, the concierge. She was absolutely exceptional! Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and her warm personality added such a special touch to our stay. Although our room was not as updated as we would have liked, it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ultimately, what made our experience stand out was the outstanding customer service and the people who made us feel so special. A beautiful hotel experience is about more than just the room; it’s about how you are treated, and The Windsor Suites certainly delivered in that regard. We left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Thank you, Cat, and the entire Windsor Suites team, for making our stay so wonderful!"

"After our flight from MIA to PHL arrived four hours late, we didn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM. Embassy Suites saved the night by sending a prompt shuttle to pick us up. By the time we checked in after 4:00 AM, we were exhausted and had decided to take a later connecting flight just to sleep in. The front desk clerk was incredibly honest and warned us that a fire alarm test was scheduled for 8:00 AM. While we weren't thrilled at the prospect, the hotel must have handled it perfectly because the alarm never actually went off, allowing us to get some much-needed, uninterrupted rest. Our room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the complimentary breakfast closes at 9:30 AM. Because we slept in, it barely gave me enough time to grab food for my wife and myself—they were actually shutting it down as I was plating our meals! I do wish it stayed open just a bit longer for late arrivals. Still, with an 11:00 AM checkout and another seamless, free shuttle ride back to the airport, this hotel turned a stressful travel delay into a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Front desk was great. Reservation had no problems. Delighted you have ESPN —I’m a huge Chicago Bears fan and didn’t want to miss the game. First thing i checked on was the TV working properly. Happy to say yes it was, and the Bears won big time. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was short but satisfying. Thank you ( and Go Bears)!!"
