"The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating once we realized we accidentally booked a handicap accessible room. He got us into a regular room quickly and with no issues. Would stay here again if we’re ever passing through again. "

"I made a reservation through Expedia for a room with two beds, and the day before we were set to arrive I received a message from Hilton that we were booked in a room with two king beds. That was a pleasant surprise, as most hotel rooms with two beds are full or queen. When we arrived at the hotel, I had already checked in online and had a digital key, so we went straight to the room. Turns out they upgraded us to the Executive Suite. It was amazing. It was clean, TONS of room with a separate bedroom for one of the beds. It worked out perfectly since we had two teenage girls with us... lots of space for everyone! We only stayed for the night to attend a concert, so we didn't use any hotel amenities, but the property is nice, easy to find and we had no issues. There are restaurants and other hotels nearby, too. I would definitely stay there again."

"This place had not been cleaned in who know how long. The beds were dirty the floors had not been swept or cleaned. There was food left on the floors. After finding who knows what in the beds we left. I typically do not complain but this place was terrible. Upon leaving we told the front desk about the conditions and they just smiled and said have a nice night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"my overall stay was just okay. however, i’m giving this review because I called the night before requesting a late check out.. Staff at the front desk said it was okay and he put a note on my account.. but there was loud banging on the door in the morning it was security, maintenance and another staff member insisting I could not get a late check out because I booked through a third party. Horrible communication on their part! my first and last time booking with this hotel!"
