"We loved the property. I think it’s one of the most beautifully designed hotel in that area , with an antique look to it. Our cave room was beautiful with two floors to comfortably accommodate our family. Our host Ismail was amazing. He has been assisting me since I book the hotel, providing all the information I needed and also booked the balloon in way advance so that we don’t miss the, once in a life time opportunity. Breakfast was great, with variety of options, I have never seen so many cheese options before and the fresh honey actually still on the honeycomb. Rooms were clean and many options for food and shopping just few steps away"

"Everything was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had left something in my hotel room in Ankara and Rabbia (sp?) called that hotel twice for me to find it, and had them courier it to me. Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. I loved the fresh cut fruit (kiwi, oranges, grapefruit) and made-to-order cheese omelets!"

"Fantastic hotel and views from the terrace. Cave room was clean and spacious. We used sister hotel’s swimming pool as well. They have decorated terrace and set up a model breakfast table for people to take photos with the balloon backdrop. Truly stunning. Staff is quite nice. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, lot of variety with both hot and cold items. They also provided breakfast box for the checkout day as we left at 6am. Hotel is located pretty close to the heart of the goreme town, walkable to many restaurants, stores, etc. The only thing I disliked was that their restaurant didn’t provide exclusive access or reservations to hotel guests. You had to compete with everyone to get a table. We were not able to dine there in 4 night stay."

"We had a Cave room and loved it! Very spacious, well appointed. The staff are excellent here. They assisted with baggage, made restaurant suggestions and helped us with some preplanned activities. The breakfast includes eggs to order plus other hot and cold offerings. Great service in the breakfast room too. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Once we parked our car for the day, we didn’t need to use it again for dining options. I think this is rated a 3 star but it’s a 4 star all the way, in my opinion."
