"I’m a world touring cyclist, now three weeks cycling across Turkey and this hotel is first rate. Stay here! Beautiful rooms, super clean, super comfortable, great bathroom, wonderful staff! Happily stowed my bicycle. The hotel is a lovely old building set 50 meters off the main road. My room had a great view of the castle. Good Turkish breakfast.

"Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm.
Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather.
