We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery while participating in activities such as kayaking and exploring the caves. The onboard dining exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and international dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was consistently attentive. Traveling as a family of six, we appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated. The crew went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey, making the experience relaxing and memorable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more free time at certain destinations, as Ha Long Bay is such a beautiful place to explore. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend Ambassador Signature Cruise to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Ha Long Bay experience. We would gladly sail with them again.

The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of. Overall had a lovely time and they nailed every aspect aside from the aforementioned financial issues.
