The hotel was beautiful and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in a room with an amazing view of the city. The staff were attentive, friendly and gave us a lovely Lunar New Year gift when we were checking out. I only regret we could not stay there longer.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. The front desk team, receptionists, and food service were all excellent—especially Ms. Luyen, the chef, who always took great care of me.The buffet is so amazing! I would definitely return to this hotel if I have the chance to visit Ha Noi again.

Great location - it was easy to find and near many shops. The staff were super kind and check in was easy. The room however was a bit dated. The door had some gaps in it so i could see into the hallwally and there was a pretty big gap at the bottom of the door between the door and the floor so you can easily hear noise from the hallway. We stayed here for 1 evening - it was ok but if I was to come back to Hanoi, I'd probably look elsewhere. Overall though, it was an average hotel. Nothing horribly wrong - clean sheets, plug ins on both sides of the bed, and a mini fridge of items.
