"For some reason there are never luggage carts in the morning. They only have 2 to begin with for an 8 floor hotel. Ate breakfast watching out for a cart, finished eating, and waited another hour for nothing."

"All of the staff were very polite and helpful. I only had one complaint they took and handled correctly. The carpet felt a little sticky to my feet. They said they could change rooms if I liked, but it was in the morning. So he said he would let the staff know to shampoo it. Hopefully it wasn’t sticky ..."
