"The hotel was spot on staff made you feel welcomed good size rooms the location is perfect plenty of parking two min walk to the beach…. The only down side is there was no catering as other guests found out and were disappointed as it’s such a good hotel bar and restaurant.. that’s the only down side with the vine hotel.. we would of enjoyed it more if they had more staff on with the catering "

Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. "We were disappointed to arrive to find the caravan had not been cleaned which made the dated decor and smell of the caravan seem even worse
We contacted the owner and he arranged for it to be cleaned which meant we were unable to access the caravan until 5pm after a 51/2 hour journey to get there
We only used the caravan to sleep in and having stayed on similar sites before I felt having to provide your own bedding and towels another expense
We had friends staying on the site and had paid less for a new lodge than what we paid for this caravan
The caravan was also very cold at night so needed extra the extra duvets
It served its purpose for our trip to Skegness but will be booking directly through park Dean next time
