"The setting, the view. The villa's were beautiful, with the best all around shower. The people in Thailand are truly wonderful. Would definitely stay again."

"The shower head and tap are not working well. The hotel did not get my original room request and we waited for quite some time to get it done. The staff are nice and pleasant. The breakfast food is fine. Airport shuttle bus timings are not frequent and it will be good if can adjust to customer needs. Thanks."

"This hotel has everything you could need. There are multiple pools, the rooms are generously sized, and the breakfast has many options including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes (though can be extremely busy at times). You can cut across the front road and straight on to the beach. The staff are also extremely helpful. When we realised we would not have enough time to make our flight back from Koh Samui with the ferry option we had chosen, Siri at Reception called Bangkok Airways for us to see if we could alter flights. The only thing we didn't like was our room was close to the beach and there was loud music until late every night that came into our room so suggest booking a room higher up the hill if you are a light sleeper. Also there are mosquitos."

"It was an amazing stay, very family friendly. We stayed for 14 nights with our family and we had only positive experiences in the hotel. We loved the beach, pool, food at Blue Monkey and all the staff were wonderful."
