We got an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. We ate dinner at the hotel. The food was really good. We stayed only one night.

Arrived around 11pm and couldn’t get a taxi from the airport, called the hotel and they arranged one to come for us within the matter of minutes! Excellent and fast communication throughout our stay, absolutely amazing and will definitely be coming to stay again.

Booked last minute and very pleased. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The views were lovely from rhe rooms. The pool was fantastic and the staff there were friendly and helpful too. The beach was good too. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved the machine to make freshly squeezed oranges. We would definitely return here again. We loved it here. Great for families.

Hotel staff were really friendly, breakfast was good but could have done with a bit more of variety as same things every morning - was nothing wrong as lots of selection but just got a bit boring.. continental option and limited cooked breakfast options. Hotel was located out of town but this was ideal in my view as Sorrento Centre is very noisy and busy, free shuttle services which runs frequently was brilliant and we used this a lot. After spending the whole day walking in the Naples heat up mount Vesuvius, there was nothing better than coming back to this clean, air conditioned and friendly hotel. The facilities were modern and even had two rooftop pools that have amazing views of the sea, mount Vesuvius and castel Novou.
