"The breakfast food was very good and there were nice options.
We had to get the room access (key) card redone six times in the first two days of our stay. That was very frustrating. We think they eventually changed the batteries on the lock and then it was fine.
We had to live out of our suitcases for a ten day stay since there were no luggage racks or dressers. The closet only had three hangers. We asked for more and were told that was it.
The one elevator worked like half of the time. You'd push the button, wait, and then the light would go off. Sometimes we'd get on the elevator, push the floor button, and nothing would happen. It was a game of chance."
