"The breakfast food was very good and there were nice options. We had to get the room access (key) card redone six times in the first two days of our stay. That was very frustrating. We think they eventually changed the batteries on the lock and then it was fine. We had to live out of our suitcases for a ten day stay since there were no luggage racks or dressers. The closet only had three hangers. We asked for more and were told that was it. The one elevator worked like half of the time. You'd push the button, wait, and then the light would go off. Sometimes we'd get on the elevator, push the floor button, and nothing would happen. It was a game of chance."

"Pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold. Water damage on the floor they put us on and there were dehumidifiers in the hall. It smelled awful. The carpets were terribly stained. Will not stay here again. Staff was extremely nice though. Loved the pastry man in the breakfast area. "

"1 of the main lights was out in the room the internet was bad kept freezing up the bed had me tossing and turning it was smaller than it looked it takes a while for them to get the car then at 1 point the app wasn't working its cool if u really just want to get away from everyone"
