"Great place to stay. Live music every night we were there. The pier was a 5 minute walk a way. Not a lot of places to shop for souveneirs nearby but within driving distance. "

"We had a great stay at Royal Sonesta! Staff was extremely friendly from the moment we stepped out of our taxi and was greeted by Caleb! We had interior balcony room and heard no sound from Bourbon St! Pool area was enjoyed by my children. While we traveled with our kids, and didn’t love Bourbon St (didn’t feel unsafe just not our scene) we were able to skirt around the hotel and were able to avoid it which was easy to do! We did however LOVE the Cafe Beignet and music legends park right across the street!"

"The staff were incredibly kind and super helpful! We landed early in the morning and they were super kind about checking our luggage at 7am. They also contacted us shortly after for early check-in that we requested upon arrival. The building is super old and quirky so we had some trouble with our lock upon check-in. However, the staff at front came up with me and was able to show me the trick to working the key :) The beds are super comfortable and housekeeping is super great about replacing towels, trash, and linens. It was a super comfortable stay :)"

"I liked that it was right on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. I didn’t like that I had to pay $50 a night for parking and a resort fee when it doesn’t offer resort amenities!"

"We loved the location of the Resort and the "chill" vibe it provided. The hourly shuttle to and from downtown Key West was a GREAT asset and we utilized it everyday. We also took advantage of the bicycles to get to lunch (at Hog Fish) and the kayaks. My only frustration is that we must have missed the $50 daily "resort fee" in the fine print when we booked so that was a bit of a surprise. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to others."
