The facility was untidy, some of the staff were rude need customer care training how to smile and speak politely. My stay at the Treasurer Bay was great. Everything worked and clean rooms. Will not be back at all. Sorry. "

"There was a shortage of parking spaces for this hotel. I got back from a concert after midnight, and I had to park behind a neighboring hotel, praying that my car wouldn't get towed before morning. Everything else was great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, but the place is starting to feel a little tired. The rooms need a good cleaning (especially the floors) and fresh paint. The bathroom counters were sagging and the sink needed to be recaulked. It didn’t seem like it would take much to get everything back up to standard but it’s definitely time for a refresh. "
