"Beautiful place"

"This is a fun hotel with quite a few amenities. The cafeteria style restaurant was surprisingly good. We particularly enjoyed the salad bar because it has so many items to choose from to build a salad. We had a mini suite room with a seating area and little kitchenette. It was nice to have that extra space. The transportation to the parks is very good. We never had to wait for a bus on either side. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. "

"I only stayed for two days. But the staff was wonderful they even texted which was very new to me and very helpful and considerate. Because I did not feel like talking. I really enjoyed my stay. But I belive next time I will take a room with a table and microwave. I did not like eating without one. It felt uncomfortable for me. Transportation to and from Universal studio was was awesome. That was my 1st time cause I alway rented a car. Even dropping off my rental car to the hotel from the...

"Excellent stay, shame it was just one night to make use of the Express passes at the parks. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk to the parks, or water taxi available too if preferred. Friendly and helpful staff, we would definitely stay here again. "
