"The Staff had moments of niceness but not the best. Asked for linen change on bed ad they made the bed with the same linen that I told them smelled a little sweaty after 4 days and we told them no need for rooms= service except the one day we asked. We asked for them to sweep nothing, so I asked to borrow a broom and I swept. That was part of the request I made for the one day of room service requested. Fridge leaked all six days and we just cleaned it up. One staff told us with clear detail of what we needed to do if we needed to check out early and was told we'd get a full refund. the manager played like she didn't know who i was talkiing about and then remember oh yea, he just started the Friday after he explained in great detail of what needed to ne done on Saturday. That's not a one day employee, I'm sorry. She offered me the resort fee back of $123 dollors bu but they would keep the $300 that was left for two days of early checkout. Talking wiht other guess the place they felt has really gone down and the service just isn't where it us to be. We have made a note to never stay at this Radisson again. Disappointed for sure!"
